Each unit at the university has learning outcomes that the student should expect to gain over the unit, and are approved by the exam board. The learning outcomes for The Big Agency are:

2.Determine goals and strategies for continuing responsible personal and professional development to enhance employability.
3.Self-organise workloads within the context of a professional project.
4.Undertake appropriate activity that leads to the achievement of a creative output
5.Develop a sustainable view of the flexible job role in the 21st Century agency.
